Thom Yorke is a sad alien in Mark Pritchard’s ‘Beautiful People’ video
Video debuted at Sundance Festival.
Earlier this year, Thom Yorke guested on ‘Beautiful People’, a track on Warp-signed producer Mark Pritchard’s ‘Under the Sun’ LP.
Now the track comes backed by a gloomy, sci-fi-oriented video. It shows a distorted Thom Yorke in semi-hologram form, traipsing through gorgeous landscapes like an alien discovering a new planet. He’s half there, half not, a digital head placed on a human’s body. He does a little bit of parkour, too - always a bonus.
The video’s available to watch below and via The Guardian now. It previously debuted at Sundance Festival.
