Thumpers confirm new EP with guest vocalists including Blood Red Shoes and Chlöe Howl

As if Thumpers’ giddy alt-pop wasn’t all-encompassing enough, Marcus Pepperell and John Hamson Jr. have announced details of a new EP, which brings together a string of guest vocalists.

‘Together EP’ - out 9th November - features the Hunger Games’ Jena Malone, Blood Red Shoes, Sun Club and Chlöe Howl. The collaborations emerged when these acts met on tour, with the final EP being mixed by Chris Sheldon.

Malone guests on ‘Devotee’, the lead track on ‘Together’. Bendy synths and bold, bellowing vocals overlap in an act of unhinged, erm, galore.

Thumpers are off on the road to support Klaxons on their final ever headline tour. They also play the Transgressive ‘New Sounds’ party in London this week.
