TOPS announce ‘Picture You Staring’ LP, stream ‘Way to be Loved’
Canadian band’s new album is coming out this September.
Montreal alt-poppers TOPS have announced the details for their forthcoming second album, ‘Picture You Staring’.
The record arrives two years on from 2012 debut ‘Tender Opposites’, and it brings together recent single ‘Change of Heart’ / ‘Sleeptalker’, plus new track ‘Picture You Staring’, which is streaming now.
A jagged, nostalgia-rinsed number, this latest cut is insanely addictive, Jane Penny leading the band through an ‘80s-nodding, breathlessly intimate routine.
