TV on the Radio cancel European tour with Ghostpoet
Dates were pulled following drummer Jahphet Landis’ hospitalisation.
TV on the Radio have been forced to cancel their European tour, after drummer Jahphet Landis was hospitalised.
Dates were set to take in London Roundhouse and Manchester Albert Hall, with Ghostpoet due to support ahead of the release of his ‘Shedding Skin’ LP.
In a statement to fans, the band said the following:
“It is with much regret that due to a health emergency, TV On The Radio have been forced to cancel their upcoming Europe/UK tour which is due to start this Friday. Drummer, Jahphet is in the hospital; he will be ok but is not able to travel at this time. TV On The Radio would like to apologize to their European & UK fans and appreciate everyone’s understanding and well wishes for Jahphet at this time.”
Their world tour will continue with North American dates, starting at Houston, Texas’ House of Blues, 15th March.
