U2 announce 2015 UK tour
Includes a four-night residency at The O2. Tickets are priced up to 165 smackers.
U2 have finally announced details of a UK tour to back up their 2014 LP ‘Songs of Innocence’.
The ‘iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE’ tour dates place next year, with the band playing their first arena shows in a decade, with at least two shows per city.
Dates take place from October 2015. Tickets are priced from £30 and go all the way up to £165, plus booking fees.
Bono says of the new shows: “We are going to try to have a completely different feeling from night one to night two and have some fun playing with the idea of innocence and experience. More to be revealed!”

‘Songs of Innocence’ is out now. This week, U2 were fronted by Chris Martin and Bruce Springsteen for a World AIDS Day concert in New York’s Times Square. Bono remains hospitalised, after a serious bike accident in the city’s Central Park.
