Watch: BOOTS Shares ‘Autumn (Lude 1) Feat. Kelela)’ Video
Beyonce collaborator gets mystical and luminous for this debut clip.

Still staying very much in the background, Jordy Asher aka BOOTS has shared his first ever music video, for the Kelela-featuring ‘Autumn (Lude 1)’.
There’s no doubting this guy has contacts, and serious production creds to boot. Working on the majority of Beyonce’s latest self-titled album, he’s since started pushing out his own solo material, with the latest track recruiting Fade to Mind’s Kelela, arguably the most in-demand vocalist going right now. Kelela’s verse arrives in the closing half, with BOOTS’ slick verses preceding it alongside heady, thumping percussion and eerie bass thuds.
The video’s a similar melting pot of curious ideas, with two giant, teardrop-shaped objects beating and pounding in odd, luminous fashion.
