Watch: Elephant Share ‘Shapeshifter’ Video

Amelia Rivas and Christian Pinchbeck’s Elephant took a surprising turn earlier this year when they unveiled ‘Shapeshifter’, a new single out now on Memphis Industries. Shunning waltzing pop rhythms for ’50s-era ‘wooohs’ and words about a ‘canape of bliss’, it was almost as if the duo had landed in some kind of decade-old afterlife, with sweet strings backing their end times.

The video for ‘Shapeshifter’ takes place in an isolated motel, with greyed-out shots of static television and icy-cold looking baths backing an interpretative dance of sorts.
