Iggy Pop shares poignant ‘We Are The People’ video
The Lou Reed-inspired song gets some minimal visuals.

Lifted from his September LP ‘Free’, Iggy Pop has shared the stirring visuals for ‘We Are The People’. An interpretation of Lou Reed’s 1970 poem, the vid sees Iggy pretty much staring into the viewer’s soul from behind the screen in the mesmerising video.
Alongside the new vid, Iggy’s also announced that he’ll be releasing a limited, numbered vinyl “Test Pressing” release of ‘Free’ featuring cover art and creative collaboration with Maurizio Cattelan, and that the pair will be signing copies at Perrotin in New York City this Saturday (7th March). Find out all the details here.
