Watch: Savages Unveil ‘Strife’ Video
Never trust a deserted beach, is the lesson of Savages’ new video.

If there’s anything that makes Savages’ terrifying ‘Silence Yourself’ debut even more fiendish, it’s the band’s music videos. Their traditional take on things involves black-and-white imagery, concrete walls, zeppelins dropping bombs out of the sky.
This time round, for ‘Strife’, the terror arrives right at the end. What seems like a casual walk on a deserted beach soon turns sinister, like an episode of Poirot soundtracked by Bauhaus.
