Watch Shame debut a new song live
The band presented the new material at their Standon Calling set this weekend.
Shame are currently touring their five-star debut album ‘Songs Of Praise’ across pretty much every festival going, and took their Standon Calling set this weekend just gone as an opportunity to debut a brand new song.
The band had been playing a previously untitled new track live across their headline tour for the album earlier in the year - the track is now believed to be called ‘Human, For A Minute’ - and have now shared another work in progress from the ‘Songs Of Praise’ follow-up, which is currently untitled.
A slower, more reflective cut than the chaos that often appears on their debut, the track sees Charlie Steen waxing lyrical over a slow and steady tangle of guitars.
Shame’s festival tour continues in earnest - they play this weekend’s Bestival, before taking to the main stage of Reading & Leeds next month, and then embarking on headline tours of the UK, US and Europe.
View their upcoming UK headline dates and watch the performance of the new song below.
