Watch The Districts make US television debut with ‘Peaches’ Late Night with Seth Meyers

Philadelphia-residing newcomers released their new album this week.

On the week of their new album release (‘A Flourish and a Spoil’ is out now on Fat Possum), Philadelphia sweethearts The Districts made their US television debut for Seth Meyers last night.

Appearing on Late Night, Rob Grote and co. ran through the second track from their latest LP, the follow-up to 2013 self-released debut ‘Telephone’.

DIY’s review of their new album says: “These guys still being young, this isn’t a perfectly poised letter to suburbia or a generation-defining farewell to youth. It’s as confused as the rest of us. What makes The Districts different to average folk, however, is that they rarely falter.”

This spring, The Districts play the following UK dates.

APRIL
27 Brighton, Green Door Store
28 London, Scala
29 Manchester, Deaf Institute
30 Glasgow, King Tuts

MAY
02 Dublin, Academy 2
