Wavves release new album, ‘V’, on 2nd October, featuring the really quite brilliant tracks ‘Flamezesz’, ‘My Head Hurts’ and ‘Heavy Metal Detox’ that we’ve already heard plus this one, ‘Way Too Much’, which has now had the video treatment courtesy of director Jack Wagner.
The video features underground wrestling, so expect grime (the dirt kind, not so much the musical), blood, bruises and lots of men throwing themselves around. There’s also some ‘performance shots’ of the band, too.
Wavves return to the UK in November for a brief tour.
