Yeah Yeah Yeahs share documentary for 20th anniversary of ‘Fever to Tell’
‘There Is No Modern Romance’ is available to watch now.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs have shared a documentary film to mark the twentieth anniversary of the release of their debut album, ‘Fever to Tell’.
Titled ‘There Is No Modern Romance’, the film was originally an exclusive extra on the 2017 deluxe re-issue of the album, but has now been made publicly available on the band’s official YouTube channel. Watch it below.
The album was released in April 2003 on Interscope Records, produced by David Andrew Sitek from TV on the Radio. It included the singles ‘Maps’, ‘Date with the Night’, ‘Pin’ and ‘Y Control’.
‘There Is No Modern Romance’ is directed by Patrick Daughters and is comprised largely of in-studio footage of the band recording, rehearsing and touring.
The New York band’s most recent album was ‘Cool It Down’, their fifth studio effort, released via Secretly Canadian in September 2022.
