Youth Lagoon has announced further UK and Ireland dates in support of his recent ‘Savage Hills Ballroom’ album.
Trevor Powers played at London’s XOYO as part of a preliminary European tour last month in advance of the album’s release, and a full set of dates have now been announced for the new year.
The dates begin at the Belgrave Music Hall in Leeds on 3rd February, and run until the 10th in Leeds, with a London date taking place at Village Underground.
‘Savage Hills Ballroom’, Powers’ third album, was released at the end of last month, and yesterday (5th October), he released a Sims-like video for its lead single ‘The Knower’.
Youth Lagoon recently spoke to DIY about the new album, saying: “I’ve been trying to communicate through my music for a long time, but I don’t think people have been sitting up and thinking ‘oh, he’s actually trying to say something’ until this album.” Read the full interview here.
