South London trio stay dosed up on consoles and pretty colours for ‘Flamingo’.

Kero Kero Bonito have spent the summer converting everyone on the internet to their sugar-sweet, Anglo-Japanese fusion of pop. Debut mixtape ‘Intro Bonito’ did the job - with ‘Sick Beat’ standing out as one of 2014’s go-to oddball anthems - and they’ve also recently announced a new remix EP, ‘Bonito Recyling’.

Beyond that, the trio of Sarah Bonito and co. have hitched up on Ryan Hemsworth’s singles club Secret Songs for a new release. h

‘Flamingo’ is a divine, pink-hued devote to the most beautiful bird on the planet. “You don’t need to change / it’s boring being the same / Flamingo, you’re pretty either way,” they sing, spreading positivity from all sides.

The new song features on ‘shh#ffb6c1’, a compilation bringing together the world’s favourite colour. Cuushe and PC Music’s GFOTY also feature.
