Iceage confirm new album details, unveil ‘Forever’ video

Danish punks Iceage have confirmed the details of their forthcoming new album. It’s called ‘Plowing Into the Field of Love’ and it’s out 6th October on Matador.

The record’s already been led with the Libertines-channelling ‘The Lord’s Favourite’ - now it’s arrived with ‘Forever’, a song that strips itself of all-out punk intensity, being replaced by subtle string parts and an emotion-shattering vocal line from Elias Bender Rønnenfelt.

‘Forever’ arrives backed by a grimy, near pitch-black accompanying video, directed by Catherine Pattinama Coleman.

‘Plowing Into the Field of Love’ tracklist:

01 On My Fingers

02 The Lord’s Favorite

03 How Many

04 Glassy Eyed, Dormant And Veiled

05 Stay

06 Let It Vanish

07 Abundant Living

08 Forever

09 Cimmerian Shade

10 Against The Moon

11 Simony

12 Plowing into the Field of Love
