Palma Violets announce second album ‘Danger In The Club’
The band will release the follow-up to their debut ‘180’ this May.
Fresh from airing its first track last night, Palma Violets have confirmed plans for their second album, ‘Danger In The Club’.
Having offered up the first play of the record’s title track on last night’s Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show, the four-piece have announced that their second full-length is set for release on 4th May through Rough Trade Records.
Following on from their debut ‘180’, the band retreated to Rockfield Studio in Wales to work with producer John Leckie (the man behind albums from The Stone Roses and Radiohead). Their new album is thirteen tracks in length, and the tracklisting is as follows.

The band have also unveiled the official video for the title track: filmed in their local pub The Pineapple, the clip was directed by Rob Sargent and you can watch it below.
The band are also heading out on a tour of the UK later this month.
