Watch Mac DeMarco cover Coldplay’s ‘Yellow’

Footage has emerged of Mac DeMarco and his band taking on Coldplay’s ‘Yellow’ with a live cover.

The track has been part of DeMarco’s setlist for the past year, and it received its biggest outing yet at last weekend’s Primavera Sound, Barcelona. Pierce McGarry leads the cover on vocals, with the emotional juggernaut our lifetimes have been crying out for.

This weekend sees Mac DeMarco appearing at Field Day London, 7th June. Following that, they take to a September UK tour.

New mini-LP ‘Another One’ is out 7th August on Captured Tracks.
