Arcade Fire Self-Confirm Glastonbury Appearance
As revealed via an image on their social networking sites, the band will play at Glastonbury on 27th June 2014.
It’s been heavily rumoured for some time now, but it seems as though Arcade Fire could wait no longer: they’re revealed that they’re going to playing Glastonbury 2014.
The band had already caused whispers when frontman Win Butler told the BBC to ‘get their wellies ready’ earlier this year.
Now, the band have taken to their social networking sites to self-confirm the news via an image, which lists four live appearances set to take place in June 2014, including their already confirmed show at Dublin’s Marlay Park
The image can be seen over on their Facebook page or above.
The band will play at Glastonbury on 27th June 2014, after two shows at London’s Earls Court.
