Listen: Mac DeMarco Streams ‘Brothers’ Track

Throw those winter coats to one side. ‘Salad Days’ are here, and Mac DeMarco’s seeing in the coming seasons with a dazzling new track ‘Brother’.

Taken from Mac’s third album - out 31st March on Captured Tracks - ‘Brothers’ links up with ‘Passing Out Pieces’ and a handful of other songs from the record that have been unveiled either through live sessions or shots of Mac climbing statues in Portugal.

The track takes kicks at a 9 to 5 lifestyle, instead offering ‘advice’. ‘Take it slowly brother,’ sings DeMarco in his customary sleepy slumber. Nice guitar licks, too.
