Listen: Röyksopp Announce New Single, Stream ‘Something In My Heart’
Strange, lurking new number features Jamie Irrepressible; appears as a B-side on their new single.
Production extraordinares Röyksopp spent the best part of their last LP, ‘Senior’, walking into the darkness. A quick follow-up to the better-received ‘Junior’, which got by on giddy synth touches, it was a vastly ambitious sign that the Norwegian duo were diving headfirst into murkier territory.
New song ‘Something In My Heart’ backs this up, but it’s a touch sharper too. Recruiting Jamie from The Irrepressibles on vocals, it appears as the B-side on a new single, ‘Running To The Sea’, which comes out on 16th December.
