Event was organised for President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s grandson, apparently.
This past weekend, Kanye West travelled to Kazakhstan to perform a special one-off show. Needless to say, this wasn’t just a gesture of good will.
It’s reported that Kanye was paid up to $3 million to play at President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s grandson’s wedding. Standard Kanye fee, you might be thinking.
Footage below suggests that fans in attendance were more concerned with taking selfies than being some of the very first to see ‘Yeezus” material performed in the flesh.
