Alison Goldfrapp releases new single ‘Love Invention’

Alison Goldfrapp has released the next teaser for her upcoming album, both called ‘Love Invention’. Her new solo album is due to arrive 12th May.

“I was inspired by the idea of a machine or pill that gives you a feeling of complete euphoria,” says Goldfrapp. “It’s also inspired by the quick-fix self-improvement culture you particularly find on social media that I find slightly humorous. I’m slightly cynical of it but fascinated by it as well.”

The album is set to feature collaborations with producers such as Richard X (Pet Shop Boys, M.I.A.), James Greenwood (Daniel Avery, Kelly Lee Owens) and Toby Scott (The Gossip, Annie).
