Alvvays unveil B-side track, ‘Underneath Us’
Song appears on the cassette-only version of their self-titled debut LP.
Canadian band Alvvays are streaming ‘Underneath Us’, a sweet, shoegaze-inclined add-on from their self-titled debut album.
The song initially appeared on a cassette-only version of the release, but their UK label Transgressive are streaming the track to celebrate their 10th anniversary. One rarity from the archives is being given away for free each day, and so far they’ve fledged numbers from Flume, Mystery Jets and Dry the River.
‘Underneath Us’ is taken from the same LP sessions as their debut album, with Chad VanGaalen at the desk.
Last week Alvvays premiered their video for ‘Next of Kin’ on DIY. Scroll down for forthcoming UK dates, including a support slot for Real Estate’s forthcoming tour.
