The Arctic Monkeys are preparing themselves for an autumn UK tour.
The Sheffield lads hope to head out on the road in November 2011, they announced last night on Zane Lowe’s Radio1 show.
No dates have been confirmed at present but you can catch ‘em at festivals across the UK this summer, as well as headlining their own homecoming shows in the steel city.
Last night, Zane also premiered new single ‘Don’t Sit Down ‘Cause I’ve Moved Your Chair’. You can listen to it in full here.
The track will be released on exclusive white label 7’ backed with already previewed album track ‘Brick By Brick’ for Record Store Day. The single will be made available digitally on April 11th, with a 7’, 10’ and digital bundle released on May 30th.
The band’s forthcoming album ‘Suck It And See’ will be released on 6th June 2011.
