Blink-182 announce first gig with Matt Skiba
They’ll play the relatively intimate SOMA in San Diego later this month.

Blink-182 have announced details of their first gig with Matt Skiba.
After all that fuss earlier in the year that you’d have to have been living inside the rock and not just under it to avoid, Tom DeLonge is no longer with Blink-182 (he’s off releasing solo stuff and talking to aliens or something) and Alkaline Trio’s Matt Skiba is to perform in his place, at least for a while.
They’d already announced they’d be at Travis Barker’s Musink festival in March (that’s sort of how all this kicked off), and now they’ll be playing at the rather smaller confines of SOMA in San Diego later this month, on 20th March. SOMA is a venue close to Blink’s collective (broken) heart, having played there many times during their early career.
Tickets are on sale from tomorrow at 10am PDT here.
