Efterklang Record New Album, Lose Member
Great Danes set to record follow-up to ‘Magic Chairs’ without Thomas Husmer.

Copenhagen’s favourite indie collective, Efterklang have announced that they are set to write and record a new album.
However they will be one member short of normal, as bandmate Thomas Husmer has decided to part ways with the band.
The band released a statement on their official website, posting:
‘Our dear friend, great musician and Efterklang drummer/trumpet player for over 10 years, Thomas Husmer has decided to seek new adventures and is no longer a member of the band. He will be dearly missed in Efterklang, but we fully support and understand his decision. Please help us thanking him for all his contributions and the many memories.’
Efterklang last released ‘Magic Chairs’ back in Feb 2010.
