Members of Efterklang form new band, LIIMA

Back in 2014, Efterklang announced a “hiatus” of sorts, or at the very least a change to the band. Now, members of the Scandinavia group have joined up with Finnish percussionist Tatu Rönkkö to form a new group.

They’re called Liima, and they’ve been making music together since summer 2014. Below, you can hear a radio session where Rönkkö, Mads Brauer, Casper Clausen and Rasmus Stolberg perform together.

Liima have further announced their first shows as a band, commencing tomorrow night. Their European trip concludes in Copenhagen.
