Empty Pools To Play Neu’s ‘Hello 2014’
Bristol group set to headline free night this January at London’s The Old Blue Last.
the first of four free new music showcases by Neu & Kanada, as part of ‘Hello 2014’.
Nottingham group Kagoule headlined, with Polterghost and Ancient Times joining proceedings. The nights continue on 14th January with a headline gig from Honeyblood. The week after that, and newly announced headliners Empty Pools top the 21st January bill.
The Bristol group sport a tight, structure-shifting take on rock, with complexities charged up by a serious knack for melody. Empty Pools are joined by Febueder, Two Jackals and Ekkah, who play their very first London show.
