As 14th February looms closer, flowerovlove has shared new track ‘Love You’ to coincide with Valentine’s Day. A mid-tempo, fluttering track about “universal love, all inclusive love”, the new song follows on from 2022’s ‘A Mosh Pit in the Clouds’ EP and an increasingly buzzy twelve months that also saw the 17-year-old London singer inducted into DIY’s Class of 2023. Of the track, she states: “’Love You’ is an incredibly magical song I wrote with my brother!! This is a love song that can be sung about anyone - your mum, your dog, your best friend or even your grandmother!! I want everyone to feel nostalgia from ‘Love You’ and to be able to connect it to a loved one.” DIY called ‘A Mosh Pit in the Clouds’ a 4.5 star vehicle for the singer’s - real name Joyce Cisse - “captivating, honeyed vocals”. Read the full review, check out ‘Love You’ below and catch flowerovlove at the end of this month on a handful of headline dates.
