Geoff Barrow and Ben Salisbury’s ‘Ex Machina’ soundtrack to be released on vinyl
Barrow’s own Invada Records is putting out the score.

Accompanying the new film directed and written by Alex Garland, the official ‘Ex Machina’ soundtrack is set to be released on CD and vinyl, 10th April.
Composed by Portishead’s Geoff Barrow and soundtrack heavyweight Ben Salisbury, the release is due out on Barrow’s own Invada Records.
Leading the release is a new edit of ‘Hacking / Cutting’, an uneasy, drone-led piece that defines the film’s tensest moments.
Speaking to Gigwise about working with Alex Garland, Barrow said: “”It’s been great for Ben and I to be working with Alex again, and hopefully we have written the kind of score an intense sci-fi thriller like this needs.”
