And the nominees are...
Jack Garratt, Frances, Izzy Bizu nominated for BRIT Critics’ Choice Award
Winner is announced this Friday.
Three new acts have been tipped for the BRIT Critics’ Choice Award, the first new music-centric prize to be announced as we head into 2016.
Jack Garratt, Frances and Izzy Bizu are this year’s nominees. Garratt’s debut album ‘Phase’ is due out early next year, and he’s recently confirmed a big UK tour, including Brixton Academy. Frances was a complete unknown before this summer’s ‘Grow’ single, and she’s since been swiftly tagged as the next Adele. Izzy Bizu just released latest single ‘White Tiger’, taken from her debut EP ‘Coolbeanz’.
The 2016 winner will be announced this Friday (27th November), before being presented with the prize at an O2 Arena ceremony on 24th February.
