Jay Z And Kanye West Are Playing A Show At SXSW 2014

Owners of Samsung devices are being given access to a showcase this Wednesday, 12th March.

Jay Z

and Kanye West have been confirmed for their first ‘The Throne’ live performance since 2012. It’s happening tomorrow, Wednesday 12th March.

The pair open Samsung’s showcases at SXSW, Austin, Texas. They’ve been confirmed by representatives from the company to Mashable. It takes place at Austin Music Hall, but here’s the thing:

To see the performance, you’ll need to have the Milk Music app downloaded on your Samsung Galaxy device. This is the only way to get access to the show.

Wristbands will be available from 10am at the Galaxy Experience pop-up location (2nd Street and Trinity).

Jay Z’s Roc Nation previously combined with Samsung for the release of ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’. Last night a new track emerged between himself and Daft Punk, where he dismisses digital culture in ‘Computerized’. But enough about that.

Janelle Monáe, Broken Bells, Cut Copy, Holy Ghost!, and Gary Clark Jr. are also set to play Samsung’s showcases in SXSW.
