Of course Kanye West dropped a new track on New Year’s Eve

Last New Year’s Eve, Kanye West shared his ‘Only One’ track as the clock struck on 2015. Now he’s closed the year with the same trick, sharing new song ‘FACTS’.

Streaming below, the Metro Boomin and Southside track finds him in ultra-confident form. There’s a whole lot of anti-Nike beef going on there, and he even references wife Kim Kardashian’s own emoji (Kimoji). He goes on about how she “just shut down the app store,” and given Kimoji came out on 22nd December, it’s likely this track was recorded within the last week. Also, if you didn’t know about those shoes Kanye made for Adidas, you do now.

No word on whether it makes the cut for the most long-awaited Kanye album of all time, ‘SWISH’. But Yeezy season is here. Listen on Soundcloud.
