Kim Gordon announces US book tour for ‘Girl In A Band’
Dates will include appearances from Carrie Brownstein and more.
Former Sonic Youth bassist and Body/Head member Kim Gordon has announced a book tour of the US, in support of her forthcoming autobiography, ‘Girl In A Band’.
The tour will see the revered musician travel from coast to coast next month, starting at Greenlight Books in Brooklyn on 23rd February before finishing at MOCAtv in LA on 7th March.
On the tour, Gordon will take part in interviews conducted by her colleagues and fans, including Sleater-Kinney leader and Portlandia star Carrie Brownstein, who will make an appearance in San Francisco.
‘Girl In A Band’ is set for release in the UK and US on the 24th February, with it depicting Gordon’s life and journey in music, her relationships and opinion on her influence today.
