Watch Liars’ faces melt in the new ‘Pro Anti Anti’ video

Angus Andrew and Aaron Hemphill turn into molten ruins in this new clip.

There’s making a ‘Mess’ the usual way - leaving empty wrappers, half-finished coffee cups, strewn all over the place. Then there’s doing it in a more civilised and inventive way, like how Liars apply the concept of chaos to their recent ‘Mess’ LP on Mute Records.

The band’s new single ‘Pro Anti Anti’ is out 30th June, and it’s arriving alongside an insane new video, directed by Yoonha Park. In it, Angus Andrew and Aaron Hemphill have their faces turned into 3D masks, laced with all the colours of the ‘Mess’ cover art rainbow.

These faces are them melted, turned into an unholy, oddly beautiful mess like no other. Drummer Julian Gross missed out on the process because he had an injured back and couldn’t travel.

‘Pro Anti Anti’’s video premiered on Nowness - watch below.
