Listen Hayley Williams shares new track ‘Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris’ featuring Julien Baker, Lucy Dacus and Phoebe Bridgers

The dreamy new track is the latest taste of her debut solo album ‘Petals For Armor’.
Following the release of ‘Petals For Armor I’ - the first part of her debut solo album ‘Petals For Armor’ - Hayley Williams is blessing us with a celestial new song ‘Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris’.
Featuring backing vocals by Boygenius - aka Julien Baker, Lucy Dacus and Phoebe Bridgers - the dreamy track is all about embracing your worth, as Hayley implores: “I myself was a wilted woman / Drowsy in a dark room. / Forgot my roots. / Now watch me bloom.”
‘Petals For Armor’ is released on 8th May, following the first part’s surprise release last month. “There are a lot of themes covered on the album as a whole and I thought it best to separate some of these themes so that there can be time for everyone to digest some of the songs before we move along to others,” Hayley explains. “It’s a way to include people on the journey in the same way that I experienced it.”
