Listen: Wild Beasts Stream New ‘Sweet Spot’ Track
Song appears on the band’s Domino release ‘Present Tense’.
have shared the second track from their brilliant new album ‘Present Tense’.
‘Sweet Spot’ links up with the sinister ‘Wanderlust’ in previewing the new record, out 24th February on Domino Records.
The song’s defined by a gorgeous to and fro of vocals between Hayden Thorpe and Tom Fleming, with the latter declaring: ‘There is a godless state, where the real and the dream may consummate’ (one of the record’s standout lyrics, surely).
Lauren Laverne premiered the track on 6 Music, and it’s streaming below.
