Mae Muller officially launches bold next chapter with new EP ‘My Island’
The five-track project has been previewed via recent singles ‘Breakaway’ and ‘In My Head’.

Having spent the past few months teasing a new era, pop girly Mae Muller has now officially confirmed that she’s releasing an EP entitled ‘My Island’ on 18th July.
The five-track project will act as a follow-up to her 2023 debut album ‘Sorry I’m Late’, but also marks something of a shift for the singer; after parting ways with her former label and taking a break from the industry last year, Mae has now rediscovered the joy in making music for herself, on her own terms.
“Not having a label has forced me to trust myself, which is a really powerful tool,” she has said of this fresh start, which so far has birthed two introspective, candid singles (‘Breakaway’ and ‘In My Head (I Hate It Here)’). Explaining more about the reasoning behind the EP title, Mae comments: “It’s isolated, but safe. It might not be perfect, but it’s mine and I’m keeping it afloat.”
