Manic Street Preachers team up with Sunflower Bean’s Julia Cumming for ‘The Secret He Had Missed’
Their new album arrives this September.
With their 14th studio album ‘The Ultra Vivid Lament’ set to arrive on 3rd September, Manic Street Preachers are giving us the latest taste of what to expect.
Teaming up with Sunflower Bean’s Julia Cummings for new track ‘The Secret He Had Missed’, the song explores the lives of bohemian Augustus and internalised Gwen John - “Welsh sibling artists who were opposites united by blood yet driven apart by divergent lifestyles”.
Accompanied by a new video directed by the band’s long-time visual collaborator Kieran Evans and starring actress Aimee Ffion Edwards, check it out now below.
