Matt Maltese returns with intimate new single ‘Anytime, Anyplace, Anyhow’ 

Emotional auteur Matt Maltese has offered up his first new music of the year in the form of his swooningly romantic new track, ‘Anytime, Anyplace, Anyhow’.

Invoking the bittersweet nostalgia of Casablanca-esque old-school Hollywood, the single mediates on the enduring power past lovers can have over our thoughts - a phenomenon Matt has described as “those people for all of us that occupy a certain incomprehensible place in our brain… a place we don’t quite have control over.”

Continuing, he expands: “[They are] people that have affected you so deeply you almost live with them still, remembering and imagining them against your will. And this song speaks to that, and to the physical (sorry) side of it too.”

Having spent last year touring his 2023 album ‘Driving Just To Drive’ around Europe, the USA, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand (as well as composing for The Royal Shakespeare Company and founding his own label), Matt is now - according to a press release - gearing up to release more new music later this year.
