Mumford and Sons to appear on Saturday Night Live
The band will appear on 11th April, before the release of their third album.
Mumford and Sons are set to play Saturday Night Live next month.
Supporting their forthcoming third album, ‘Wilder Mind’, the band will appear on the US TV show on April 11th. The full-length - which the band have notably said doesn’t feature their iconic banjos - will be released on May 4th.
Speaking to Annie Mac, Marcus Mumford addressed the big banjo-free shift: “It was intentional and it was natural. It was just the way we were playing naturally, there wasn’t some big burning of banjos meeting.”
This weekend’s edition, aired on 28th March, sees the iconic pairing of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and price of our hearts George Ezra.
