Mystery Jets’ Bassist Kai Fish Leaves The Band
The bassist was apparently tempted to leave during their recording sessions.

, Mystery Jets bassist Kai Fish has left the band.
The website also reports that Fish had ‘hinted about his temptations to leave the band’ during their recording sessions in Texas.
Speaking of his decision to leave the band, the bass player commented: ‘It was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I sat down with the guys and said, ‘I’m finding being in the band really hard, but I’ll try my best to carry on.’ And I did, but feelings just don’t go away…”
In the meantime, Mystery Jets have enlisted bassist Peter Cochrane and pedal steel player Matt Park to help out with their upcoming touring schedule, the dates of which can be found below.

Kai Fish released his own solo album last September, and is expected to continue with his musical projects.
