Mystery Jets and Idles to support The Maccabees on final gigs
They join in the Manchester and London fun this summer.
As we’re sure you’re very well aware of, The Maccabees called it a day way back in August, not long after that triumphant Latitude headline set. They’ve since announced a handful of ‘goodbye’ gigs - ‘The Farewell Shows’ to be exact - and have now let us in on who’ll be supporting on those sad summer nights.
Long-time pals Mystery Jets will be joining in the fun at both the two Manchester O2 Apollo and three Alexandra Palace dates, while Bristol post-punkers Idles will also appear in London.
Most of the dates are, of course, long sold out.
