No Devotion announce debut album ‘Permanence’

The band will release their first full-length on 25th September through Collect Records.

No Devotion have confirmed plans to release their debut album ‘Permanence’ later this year.

The band, made up of Thursday and United Nations frontman Geoff Rickly and former Lostprophets members Stuart Richardson, Richard Jamie Oliver, Mike Lewis and Lee Gaze, plan to release their first full-length on 25th September through Collect Records. It’ll follow on from their initial musical offerings which landed last year, in the form of ‘Stay’, ‘Eyeshadow’ and ‘10,000 Summers’.

Their new album was produced by the band’s own Stuart Richardson alongside Alex Newport, before being mixed by David Fridmann. Recorded predominantly in Brooklyn, NY, the album boasts eleven tracks which include their previously-released songs.

The album also marks the official departure of previous drummer Luke Johnson, who confirmed he would be leaving the band part-way through the recording process. Bloc Party’s Matt Tong then stepped in to finish drum tracking.

The tracklisting of ‘Permanence’ is as follows.
