Portishead And Interpol Confirmed For ATP Iceland 2014
July festival is set to take place at former Nato Base Ásbrú.
ATP Iceland takes place this July, and it’s set to feature two almighty headliners in the form of Portishead and Interpol.
The festival bases itself in Reykjavík, running from 7th July with the music running from 10th-12th at the former Nato Base Ásbrú and Keflavík, with further details to be confirmed on the second location. The Nato base itself was previously occupied up until 2006, based 30 minutes away from Reykjavík.
Portishead’s last record was 2010’s ‘Third’, with Interpol releasing their self-titled fourth LP in the same year via Matador.
Tickets are on sale now, with 25 bands set to play. Sóley, For a Minor Reflection, Samaris, Low Roar, and Mammút are the rest of the acts confirmed so far.
