Portishead To Headline Melt! Festival 2014
Jagwar Ma, Haim, Metronomy, Fuck Buttons & More have been confirmed for the Germany fest.
Ferropolis, Germany’s Melt! Festival has announced the first acts of its 2014 bill, with Portishead among the headliners.
The band are expected to release the follow-up to 2010’s ‘Third’ this year, with the last update coming from Geoff Barrow last year, claiming that material was being written over summer 2013. ‘I just want to bang on and get another record done,’ he stated in an interview with BBC 6 Music.
Also playing Melt! 2014: Haim, Metronomy, Röyksopp & Robyn, Jagwar Ma, Moderat, Chromeo, Fritz Kalkbrenner, Fuck Buttons & Mano Le Tough, with more to be confirmed shortly for the 18th-20th July fest.
