RAYE unveils epic Hans Zimmer collab ‘Click Clack Symphony.’
It’s an ode to the unmistakable sound of high heels, obvs.

RAYE has continued to build anticipation for the arrival of ‘THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE.’ - her imminent second album, due out next Friday (27th March) via Human Re Sources - with ‘Click Clack Symphony.’, a jaw-dropping track featuring legendary composer Hans Zimmer that might just be her most audacious move yet.
It follows last year’s runaway hit ‘WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!’ and recent emotional ballad ‘Nightingale Lane.’ to be our third preview of the LP, itself the long-awaited follow-up to RAYE’s game-changing debut ‘My 21st Century Blues’.
Having become a firm favourite of the star’s live setlist over the past few months, as she continues her THIS TOUR MAY CONTAIN HOPE global run (alongside sisters Amma and recent Neu interviewee Absolutely), ‘Click Clack Symphony.’ is a determined, quietly optimistic testament to living, as opposed to just existing.
“The song is about the sounds that high heels make,” RAYE has shared. “It’s about those times in our life when you need your best friends or your siblings to drag you out of the house and say ‘I know you’re not in the best place right now but we need to get outside’. Thank goodness for those people in our lives that help us in our dark times.”
The official video for ‘Click Clack Symphony.’ is set to premiere at 3pm GMT today (see below); but if you can’t wait that long, you can dive into the track’s audio here:
