Stella Donnelly shares ‘Tricks’ video, directed by Julia Jacklin
It’s the third preview of debut album ‘Beware Of The Dogs’, out next week.
Stella Donnelly releases her debut album ‘Beware Of The Dogs’ via Secretly Canadian next week, and has shared a new track and video from it.
Sprightly new one ‘Tricks’ follows lead single ‘Old Man’ and recent song ‘Lunch’ in previewing the new record.
“This song is a playful zoom-in on the ‘Australian Idenitity’ and a loose dig at the morons that used to yell sh*t at me when I played cover gigs on Sunday afternoons,” she says of ‘Tricks’. “It probably served me right for singing ‘Wonderwall’ every weekend.”
The track comes with its own brilliant video, shot around Melbourne and directed by none other than Julia Jacklin.
