Suede announce revised ‘Autofiction’ tour December dates
The 90s monoliths will play a handful of dates around England, including a three night residency at Electric Brixton.
To celebrate the release of last year’s ‘Autofiction’, Suede have announced the addition of three headline shows at London’s Electric Brixton in mid December. The news comes as an alternative to the band’s now-cancelled dates at O2 Academy Brixton on 15th and 16th December, following the venue’s operational hiatus.
Suede will play a handful of December dates - including the new London shows - for part two of their ‘Autofiction’ tour, the sold-out first leg of which was in March this year. ‘Autofiction’ was released in 2022 to widespread acclaim and debuted at #2 in the UK Albums Chart - Suede’s highest charting studio album since 1999’s ‘Head Music’.
This summer also marks the release of the band’s new project, ‘Suede30’. Marking the 30th anniversary of their Mercury Prize winning eponymous debut, ‘Suede30’ will include remixed and remastered versions of the album’s tracks.
Tickets for the newly announced Electric Brixton shows will go on general sale from 9:00 BST on Friday 14th July here.
